Our Cards.

The Payroll Card.

This card offers the option for employers to outsource their salary deduction functions to APSL.

The removal of the tedious and burdensome salary deduction functions from Payroll not only reduces the workload for payroll processing but also allows payroll administrators to spend more time at other productive tasks.

APSL will manage all salary deductions:

  1. Companies will upload employee salaries to employees’ Mastercards.
  2. The APSL system will perform all payroll deductions from employees’ salaries, pay the relevant billers, and resolve any attending issues that may arise.
  3. The balance of salary will be uploaded to employees’ bank accounts or remain on the Mastercard, if desired.
  4. The Alliance Prepaid Mastercard can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted – including withdrawal of cash from ATMs – and functions essentially like a normal debit card. There is no difference in the usage of the Mastercard as compared to a bank debit card.

Unlike bank cards the payroll card is reloadable – remittances, personal funds or bank transfers can easily be loaded to the card.

The Petty Cash Card.

This card will replace the risk and management input associated with maintaining a Petty Cash fund at companies. The need to keep petty-cash in office or the risk of running out of petty-cash is gone.

  1. The Petty Cash Fund is loaded to the Company’s account held at APSL.
  2. A Petty Cash Mastercard is handed to bearers from time to time to spend on petty cash purchases.
  3. If cash is required, the funds can be withdrawn from an ATM.
  4. Reconciliation reports are generated that display the use of Petty Cash by cost categories, by bearers (staff), and by Merchant.
  5. The system allows Petty Cash administrators to limit Petty Cash expenditures as the need arises.

The Remittance Card.

Your remittance can be loaded to the Alliance Prepaid Mastercard provided that the remittance is collected from any Alliance MoneyGram location.

Just ask the sender to remit the funds via MoneyGram and card holders will be able to load the remittance directly to your Mastercard.

Benefits of loading your remittance to this card:

  1. Enjoy the peace of mind and the safety of not having to walk around large sums of cash.
  2. Use the card at any ATM that accepts Mastercard islandwide.
  3. Make purchases at any Mercant that accepts Mastercard islandwide.
  4. Pay your bills instantly through the Alliance-ePay Mobile App.

The Corporate Card.

This card allows companies to easily fund senior executives, managers, travelling officers, trainers and the like with their own corporate card with the company’s name and the employees name on the card.

Funds are loaded to the card as and when needed. Reports generate the amount spent by each employee and by merchant so that the expenses can be recorded for accounting purposes. Reports are generated that display expense categories for easy upload to accounting systems.

This removes the hassle for employees to remit bills for reimbursements for corporate expenses and the tedious reconciliation required to account for these kinds of corporate expenditures.

The Corporate card resolves the and streamlines corporate expenditures for:

  1. Travel allowances, meals, toll, hotel, per diem, etc.
